How do I determine the correct wig size for me?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head starting from the front hairline, behind the ear, to the nape of the neck, and back up. We offer adjustable straps on most caps for a secure fit.
Can I style my wig with heat tools?
Yes, because our wigs are made from human hair, you can use blow dryers, flat irons, and curling irons. We recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping the temperature below 350°F to maintain hair health.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn wigs in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been cut, colored, or had the lace trimmed cannot be returned.
How often should I wash my Milano Wig?
We suggest washing your wig every 10-14 days of wear. Use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners specifically designed for processed hair to keep the fibers hydrated and shiny.
