At Milano Wigs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your wig or hairpiece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unaltered condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the wig in its original packaging with all tags attached, silk bags included, and ensure the lace remains uncut and uncustomized.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange choice within 5-7 business days.
